What steps do you take to ensure thrifted items sold on your site do not contain pests and insects?

Offering clean and safe secondhand clothing for sale is our number one priority. We host private donation drives and conduct item-level inspections on every single piece of clothing we sell.

Are thrifted items washed or laundered before they are shipped?

Yes. Items are laundered with a scent-free, chemical-free cleaning agent before they are shipped out. All shoes are sprayed with a shoe disinfectant.

How do I place an order?

Once you’ve filled your cart with some fabulous finds, proceed to checkout by clicking the click icon on the top right of your screen. From here you’ll the items in your pending order, along with a breakdown of the sub-total. This is the time when you’ll be able to apply any qualifying promo codes and see credits(if any) deducted from your order total.

Next, click on the “Check Out” button where you’ll be prompted to provide your payment information and confirm your shipping information. Then click the “ Place Order” button to submit your final order request!

What forms of payment does Her Closet accept?

We accept most major credit cards and debit cards. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You May also complete your purchase with PayPal. Please note the following restrictions do apply:

-Once an order is placed, the payment method is unable to be updated.

Standard Shipping: $10.00 flat rate -Once shipped, your order will be delivered in 3-8 business days

Expedited Shipping: $20.00 flat rate -Once shipped, your order will be delivered in 2-3 business days
